within the U.Va. community. For example,
Sigma Chi Brothers hold important leadership
positions in Pancakes for Parkinson's, the
Interfraternity Council Judiciary Committee, the
U.Va. Honor Committee, Habitat for Humanity,
Homers for Hoos, and Seeds of Hope. This past
year, our philanthropic event, "Derby Days,"
had its most profitable year ever raising $29,000
for the U.Va. Children's Miracle Network. We
also continued to be enthusiastic supporters of
other Greek philanthropies around the Grounds
such as the Alpha Phi Thankful 5K. For the
upcoming academic year, the Psi Chapter of
Sigma Chi Brotherhood will continue our long
tradition of serving and participating within the
volunteer organizations of the Charlottesville
and University of Virginia communities.
