QPD Arrest Report The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department SEPTEMBER 3 - 18, 2016 09/04: Jesse Howdyshell, 27, of Quartzsite, AZ; was cited and released for Driving under the Influence and booked into the La Paz County Deten- tion Facility. 09/05: Shantel Dishon, 39, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for Pos- session of Narcotic Drugs for Sale and booked into the La Paz County Deten- tion Facility. 09/06: Patrick Sidoti, 59, of Rim- rock, AZ; was cited and released for Driving while Suspended. 09/09: Fernando Cervantes, 26, of Glendale, AZ; was arrested for Assault and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 09/09: Cesar Parra, 38, of Blythe, CA; was cited and released for Driving while Suspended and his vehicle was impounded for a 30 day impound. 09/11: Byron Wilson, 34, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for a mis- demeanor warrant out of Quartzsite Justice Court for Failure to Pay and booked into the La Paz County Deten- tion Facility. 09/12: Stephanie Clark, 43, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for 3 counts of Utility Service Fraud and booked into the La Paz County Deten- tion Facility. 09/14: Antonio Dominguez, 27, Avondale, AZ; was arrested for a mis- demeanor warrant out of Quartzsite Justice Court for Fail to Pay On origi- nal charge of Driving while Suspend- ed and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 09/15: Corey Lamere, 32, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for Pos- session of Drug Paraphernalia and Use of Dangerous Drugs and booked into the La Paz County Detention Fa- cility. 09/16: Tomacita Pecina, 54, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for Driv- ing under the Influence and Striking Fixture on Highway and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility.
