Project Highlights
T
he Epsilon alumni and undergraduate leadership
has developed a solid plan to address the long-term
viability of the TKE experience on the Iowa State
campus. Through careful study, assessment, and planning, it has
been determined that updates and maintenance to the chapter
house are necessary, and the fraternity must invest in our home
to meet the needs of today's students. Working with Accord
Architecture, 224 Ash LLC has developed a tactical approach
to our future.

Construction Highlights
n Provide ample study space, including areas for
individual and group study, as well as improved
wireless internet access throughout the facility.
n Increase the Kratochvil Educational Endowment
for scholarship programs to further the level and
scope of scholarships, regardless of external
economic factors.
n Add an addition to the house, resulting in an
increase from 21,600 to 27,560 square feet.
n Increase live-in capacity from 57 to 88 members.
n Expand the dining and chapter room on the
lower level large enough to accommodate
current chapter membership.
n Expand, renovate, and modernize the bathrooms.
n Add a steel fence with concrete base.
