T
he Nu Chapter House Association and building committee has developed a solid plan to address the long-term viability of the
Chi Omega experience at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Through careful study, assessment, and planning, it has been
determined that updates and maintenance to the chapter house are necessary, and the house corporation must invest in our home to meet
the needs of today's students. Working with Tri-North Builders Inc., the Nu Chapter House Association has developed a tactical three-
phase approach to our future.

• Replacement of existing boiler and radiators
• Addition of air conditioning to entire chapter house
• Updates to formal living room
• New furniture for first-floor study room
