Through careful study, assessment, and planning, it has been determined that a new house must be built to ensure a successful return for Alpha Chi. Working with McCarty Architects, the House Corporation has developed a tactical approach to our future. The inspiration for the image and appearance of the new house is rooted from our old house on 304 South Jackson. • 15,800-square-foot three-story house • 14 bedrooms • Four private rooms with two bathrooms, 10 semi-private rooms each with a bathroom • Dining room with space to seat brothers for meals • Full-sized kitchen for food preparation • Dedicated study areas • Multipurpose lounges • Large front porch on first level and balcony on second level • Large back patio • Large chapter room for meetings and events Phi Kappa Tau Lot #18
