QPD Arrest Report The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department JULY 11 - JULY 22, 2016 07/11: Richard Murkland, 66, of Quartzsite, AZ; was cited and re- leased for Trespassing. 07/13: John Zelmanski, 62, of Rowland Heights, CA; was cited and released for Driving on Suspended License, Failure to provide Financial Responsibility and Registration, and Improper license plate light. 07/16: Sullivan Jim, 23, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for Possession of Dangerous Drugs and booked into the La Paz County De- tention Facility. 07/18: Dominique Pittman, 30, of Dallas, TX; was arrested for Disor- derly Conduct and Resisting Arrest and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 07/19: James Will, 56, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for a Felony Warrant out of Quartzsite Justice Court for original charge of Possession of Marijuana and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 07/19: Rodney Prestridge, 44, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for As- sault Domestic Violence and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 07/21: Francisco Rodriguez, 70, of Las Vegas, NV; was Cited and Released for Criminal Speed.
