Dear
Kappa
Alpha
Alumnae,
Congratulations
to
the
Kappa
Alpha
House
Corporation
on
the
decision
to
commence
a
capital
campaign
to
secure
the
long-term
needs
of
your
chapter
house
at
Florida
State.
The
FSU
administration
appreciates
the
leadership
your
undergraduates
have
provided
the
University
for
more
than
112
years.
Since
its
founding
in
1904,
Kappa
Delta
has
added
rich
traditions
to
our
university
and
in
the
Greek
community.
Your
alumnae
have
gone
on
to
succeed
in
key
business,
professional,
political
and
academic
positions
throughout
the
state
of
Florida
and
the
nation.
The
FSU
sorority
community
has
more
than
4,000
members
and
17
National
Panhellenic
Conference
chapters.
The
sustained
strength
of
Greek
life
can
be
of
great
benefit
to
the
University,
but
can
provide
challenges
to
the
chapter
facility
boards.
Each
organization
must
adapt
their
chapter
houses
to
meet
their
growing
needs.
Your
decision
to
provide
an
excellent
living
and
social
environment
as
well
as
outstanding
study
and
meeting
spaces,
will
enhance
the
overall
university
experience
for
your
undergraduates.
A
strong
university
depends
on
strong
undergraduates
and
supportive
alumnae.
We
recognize
that
the
Greek
experience
frequently
fosters
long-term
involvement
and
loyalty
to
the
institution.
Alumni
engagement
is
critical
to
the
success
of
our
chapters,
and
I
hope
that
you
will
get
engaged
in
some
way
with
Kappa
Delta.
Kappa
Delta,
through
its
undergraduates
and
alumnae,
has
contributed
to
Florida
State's
strength
for
more
than
a
century.
Your
support
of
the
chapter's
long-range
plan
will
help
ensure
Kappa
Delta
continues
to
thrive
on
the
Florida
State
University
campus.
Best
wishes
on
your
campaign
and
Go
Noles!
Sincerely
John
Thrasher
President
