Immediately following this half-hour, the new episode "Crazy Love" uses Ellie Goulding's hit "Something in the Way You Move" as a comic counterpoint to an ex- amination into how far some animals — ranging from polar bears to garter snakes — will go to attract a mate. 8 p.m. on HBO Movie: Straight Outta Compton Both a critical and commer- cial success, this arresting 2015 biographical drama charts the rise — and later, the fall — of the influential hip-hop group N.W.A., who revolutionized music and pop culture in the late 1980s with their brutally honest depic- tion of life in Southern Los Angeles, including Compton, their violence-prone home community. The exceptional ensemble cast is headed by O'Shea Jackson Jr., Corey Hawkins, Jason Mitchell and Paul Giamatti. 9 p.m. on AMC Hell on Wheels The historical drama reaches its penultimate episode, "Rail- road Men," as the race to finish the transcontinental rail- road project comes down to a matter of inches to decide the winner.
