Flower girl was the groom's cousin Madi- son Moore and the ring bearer was his cousin Thomas Moore. The bride are both 2010 gradu- ates of Red Bluff Union High School and are attending Shasta College. They work for Ben's Truck & Equipment. Top with coleslaw mixture and cucumber; sprinkle with cilantro. Close sand- wiches. Makes 4 servings. Total preparation and cooking time 30 minutes.
