Park as regional account manager Sharp is pleased to announce that Todd MacGregor, most recently from Toshiba and formerly with Sharp for a decade, has been hired as Director of Sales, and Jae H. Park, formerly of P.C. Richard & Son, Haier American Trading, LLC and LG Electronics USA, has joined the team as Regional Account Manager. MacGregor and Park will be responsible for furthering the company's retailer relationships and sales strategy for Sharp's line of home appliances including the Microwave Drawer™, Plasmacluster™ Air Purifiers, SuperSteam+™ Combination Steam and Convection Oven and complete line of countertop microwave ovens. They will be responsible for maximizing sales potential and managing regional account assignments across merchandising, supply chain, marketing and e-commerce. Both MacGregor and Park will report to Peter Weedfald, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Sharp Electronics Marketing Company of America. "We are keenly focused on accelerating our market growth by leveraging our Sharp brand muscle, our smart product portfolio and our best of breed human capital," said Weedfald. "We are fortunate to have both Todd and Jae join Team Sharp to help us maximize market opportunities, to elevate and execute this mission and exceed expectations for our important customers and partners." MacGregor returns to Sharp with more than 15 years of sales management experience in the consumer electronics and home appliance industries. He was most recently the Channel Sales Manager of the Digital Products Division at Toshiba America Information Systems. There, Todd managed products sales to leading national retailers, launched new products and new category entries, and directly drove company market share growth. Prior to his time at Toshiba, he spent 10 years at Sharp, holding various sales management positions including National Sales Manager of the Business Solutions Group and National Sales Manager, Retail, Distribution and Pro AV. Park brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing for consumer electronics and home appliances, most recently holding the role of Operations Manager of the NJ Builder Division at P.C. Richard & Son. Prior to that, Jae served as Senior Product Marketing Manager of Haier America Trading, LLC, where he provided strategic and visionary leadership to drive revenue and market share growth for refrigeration product categories. Previously, he spent more than 15 years at LG Electronics USA, where he was promoted to Senior Sales Manager and Chief Account Manager, picked to manage all aspects of channel sales strategy and account penetration, including pricing and promotional tactics for the P.C. Richard & Son account. HARDWARE RENAISSANCE HIRES NATIONAL SALES MANAGER Tim Fremgen brings 25 years of plumbing and hardware experience to new role Hardware Renaissance, the designers and manufacturers of hand forged iron and sand cast bronze door and cabinet hardware for residential and commercial markets is growing; they announced today that Tim Fremgen will join their company as their National Sales Manager, a position created expressly for him. "I am delighted to have Tim joining the Hardware Renaissance team as our National Sales Manager. With his very relevant experience in hardware and high-end hand crafted interior and exterior home design products, he was the right choice to represent our brand to our customers and dealers. Fremgen brings more than 25 years of experience to his new role. He spent thirteen years as a sales manager for decor- ative hardware and plumbing manufacturers based in Santa Fe: Heritage Hardware and Stone Forest. Along with his ten years of selling high-end hardware and plumbing products in show- rooms in Colorado and New Mexico, he has eighteen years of experience in production machining, metal fabrication, construction equipment mechanic, and hardware installation.
