Izgara Kofte (Turkish meatballs)
1 pound ground lamb
1 white onion
1 bunch of parsley, puréed in food processor
1 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste.
1. Put all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
2. Knead all ingredients together. Once thoroughly
mixed, let rest for a few minutes.
3. Break off into apricot-sized pieces and grill until
done and slightly browned.
