Business The ss Spotlight Spotlight Post Your Proper ty Listing on the Chamber Web Site As the Fayetteville community continues to grow, so does the demand for space in the downtown area. With four new businesses locating in the "Heart of our All-American Hometown" over the past month and a half, the Chamber is looking to post more avail- able properties on its Web site. If you are a property owner/broker, with available commercial, retail and/or office space located in the downtown area, the Chamber would like to assist you in the marketing of the space and help find pro- spective clients, at absolutely no cost. The Chamber offers this service as a courtesy and does not receive any sort of payment or commission. Best of all, this service is avail- able to any property owner/broker, and does not require a Chamber membership to take advantage of it. The process is easy. If you would like to have a property listed, contact: Amber Quinn Economic Development Manager Fayetteville-Cumberland County Cham- ber of Commerce (910) 433-6778 or aquinn@fayettevil- lencchamber.org There will be a few questions regarding the property and a picture of the property will be taken. If you have a picture that you prefer to be used, it would be welcomed. A data sheet will be created, which will be available to print in PDF format by anyone visiting the Web site, and posted with the other downtown property listings. When a prospective tenant contacts the Chamber office to inquire, the owner/broker's contact information will be passed on to the inquir- er. It's that easy!
