C. Kessler pre- sented the award to the unit in Reno during the annual Adult Leaders Conference, which included 350 Registered Adult Volunteers from around the country. Kessler mentioned to Minton and Crane to The Tehama County Honoring Outstanding Tehama County Students created in cooperation with the Tehama County Department of Education.
