While the event is over, the main fundraiser for it, Tip-A-Cop, during which M&M Ranch House Res- taurant donates all tips to the program, is coming up. The event is set for 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 7. Around 7 a.m. April 19, officers from the Red Bluff Police Department, the Te- hama County District At- torney Bureau of Investi- gations and the Tehama County Sheriff's Office served search warrants in Red Bluff, Tehama County and Butte County. During the service of the search warrants, numer- ous items were seized as evidence and the follow- ing subjects were arrested and charged with the listed crimes: Thomas Seagraves, 21, of Red Bluff, procure- ment of minor for sex acts, oral copulation with a mi- nor and sodomy with a mi- nor; Michael Flowerdew, 20, of Red Bluff, contact minor with intent of sex act, oral copulation with minor and penetration with foreign object with minor; Bryan Morrison, 19, of Red Bluff, contact minor with intent of sex act, oral copulation with minor and sodomy with a minor and Alexan- der Isaacson, 19, of Gridley, contact minor with intent of sex act, oral copulation with minor and sodomy with a minor. Seagraves' bail was set at $130,000, Flowerdew's $155,000 and Morrison's $215,000. All were booked at Tehama County Jail. Isaacson was booked into the Butte County Jail and bail was set at $115,000.
