Betty Blackman Marsh '38 entered Chapter Eternal on February 26, 2015. She loved Tri Delta. Betty had a sister, daughter, granddaughter, great-granddaughter, and a niece who were also Tri Deltas. Betty was a loving mother and wife, a wonderful cook, a prize-winning seamstress, and active in the PTA. In 1956, Betty became the secretary at Holmes Elementary and began a 27-year career. She was heavily involved in Tulsa's contract bridge community. As part- owner of the Tulsa Bridge Studio, Betty loved playing bridge, competed in many tournaments, and became an ACBL Life Master. She traveled with friends to Hawaii, the British Isles, and Europe. ALUMNAE NEWS June Light Lank '39 and her husband, Bob, enjoy living at St. James Retirement community in Baton Rouge, La., their home since 2001. They participate in several activities, including bingo, cards, and shuffleboard. They have two children, one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law, five grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. Sally would love to hear from any sisters that remember the college days in the early '40s! Patricia Patton Smith '53 and her husband, Dean, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in August 2015. They met at the Chapter House, where Dean and his twin, Gene, were houseboys. They had a family celebration in Kansas City, where the Smiths have lived for 56 years. Sherry Havel Anderson '71 enjoys retirement, but works for her church about 30 hours a week. She and her husband, Stan, enjoy their grandchildren when they have opportunities to see them. They reside in Agenda, Kan. E-mail: snsanderson@yahoo.com Amy Weidenheimer Moore '72 enjoys retirement as an occasional substitute teacher and para two days a week in the Manhattan school district. She enjoyed the beautiful Michigan fall. E-mail: kaexline@hotmail.com Helen Robertson '88 is in her 24th year teaching and works in Wichita for USD 259. She loves her job dearly and enjoys reconnecting with sisters on Facebook. Helen also attends every home K-State football game.
