H onoring Our Past, Securing Our Future: The Campaign for Xi Chapter was officially concluded on December 31, with very good results. With the support of 217 participants, our total has reached $374,867. The first phase renovations to the inside of the chapter house are amazing, and these funds raised during the campaign will go a long way to pay for expenses involved with the project. The house looks wonderful! On behalf of the campaign committee, we extend a sincere thank-you for your interest and participation in this worthwhile project. Your contributions and support have given a renewed sense of purpose to Xi, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds. The benefits from a campaign, such as this, are far reaching. Sigma Kappa does very well at the University of Kansas, in large part thanks to your commitments. The connections and reconnections that sisters from all generations have enjoyed are especially gratifying. We have had the opportunity to reconnect with sisters, hear your stories, come together to celebrate, and continue the legacy of Xi Chapter. We wish to thank those of you who assisted with this endeavor as members of the campaign committee, as members of the house corporation, as class leaders, and as someone who just picked up the phone to call a sister you had not talked with in a long time. The connections and renewed feelings of sisterhood are true gifts. We encourage you to visit the house and share your memories of Sigma Kappa and your days in Lawrence. The collegians love to hear these stories. The major campaign has ended, but your donations and support are always welcome. If you have made a pledge that is not completed, you will continue to receive payment notices per your schedule. It is important that all pledges be fulfilled to maintain Xi's finances and pay for this project. We are very proud to have been a part of this campaign and thank you for your participation. Our house may have new paint and new carpet, but more importantly, all our memories and our dedication to Xi of Sigma Kappa have definitely helped the chapter continue its proud tradition. Together, we have accomplished a major task, and we did it well. Many, many thanks to all!
