Congratulations to Scott and his commitment to making a difference in professional leadership! W hy did you decide to join Sigma Phi Epsilon can be a difficult question, but for Craig Perry '85, the answer comes easily. "The instant camaraderie, quality of members, and welcoming atmosphere set SigEp apart from other fraternities and provided me the opportunity to become part of something much bigger than myself," he says. "Having Fraternity brothers who accepted me for who I was and challenged me to be the best ver- sion of myself significantly impacted my personal and professional success, and I owe much of this to their unparalleled support and friendship." Florida Epsilon's diverse brotherhood allowed Craig to develop connec- tions with individuals of different backgrounds and interests, particularly within his pledge class. "These men set a true example of leadership and brought everyone together as one team and one voice," Craig says. "Their commitment to upholding the values of our Fraternity helped me gain valu- able life lessons that I carried with me after graduating, and it is my hope that future generations of SigEps invest their time and efforts into Florida Epsilon and carry on our Fraternity's powerful legacy." As an alumnus, Craig maintains connections with Tom Landon '84 and Tom Pennekamp '84 and cherishes any moment he gets to reunite with brothers. "When you graduate from college, ev- eryone tends to go in different directions. Over the years, I've come to realize just how much I valued my time in Florida Epsilon and the life- long impact it has made on myself and others," he says. "Taking the time to reconnect with old friends in the Chapter and give back to the place that gave you so much is a critical driving force in the future of SigEp at Florida State University, and will ensure our Fraternity's prominent image on campus for years to come." Craig has thrived in his career as CEO for Centerline Capital Advisors, which is a private equity real estate investment group in Sunrise, Florida. "I knew what type of career I wanted to pursue before even attending college, but Florida Epsilon helped pave the way for much of the professional suc- cess I've cultivated to this day. My brothers' dedication to excellence in all aspects of the Fraternity and on campus inspired me to be just like them." In his spare time, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, boating, and watching his three children, Brian, Stephanie, and Dean, grow and take on new adventures in life. Craig and his wife, Debbie, take plea- sure in all that Plantation, Florida, has to offer. You can contact Craig at perry.craig@yahoo.com. FloridA epSilon member elected to Serve Student bodY N athan Molina '16 was elected president of the Student Government Association. He is from Miami and will earn his degree in Political Science this year. "The reason that I am where I am and have intentionally put myself into places where I can grow and learn from others is because of the standard that was set by others my freshman year and by other students and student leaders," he says. Congratulations, Nathan! Carrying on the Tradition
