3 Alpha Chi Omega continue to visit after graduation. "We want everyone to feel a sense of home," she said. Running a chapter the size of Alpha Nu is a hefty task that requires a wide variety of styles and skills, as well as a significant amount of responsibility for the young women. "Members benefit and learn from the alumnae they encounter," she shared. There are benefits to both sides of a supportive alumnae group—the chapter becomes stronger when alumnae participate in chapter activities and alumnae functions and alumnae have the opportunity to network with a wide variety of women from other industries and professions. Ginny and her husband, John, live in Lee's Summit, Mo., and have three children: George, Ellie and Madeline. She works at Brightstar, which is a distributor of wireless products. Meet the House Corporation Board Officers (Continued from page 1) Since graduating, Megan and Molly have visited the chapter house and witnessed all of the renovations that have occurred since they were active members. Molly said, "It's great to see the changes that have been made. If you haven't seen it in person, go check it out!" Megan noted that the renovations have transformed the house beautifully, but it feels the same once inside. Molly remarked that the active members seem to be dedicated to continuing to make the Alpha Nu chapter great and she enjoys following their continued success on social media. Megan lives in Columbia, Mo., and frequently runs into active members; from the intern who works in her office to the student staffer at her son's afterschool program. "I'm proud to call these women my sisters and to have them be a part of my community," she said. Although having young children makes keeping in touch with her sisters challenging for Molly, she is thankful for Facebook and encourages alumnae to keep in touch. Megan says it's never too late to get involved with the chapter again and encourages alumnae to reconnect with their sisters as well as the active chapter. "I met some of my best friends through Alpha Chi and can't imagine where I'd be today if it weren't for them," Megan said. "Joining Alpha Chi Omega has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. It shaped me into the person I am now and I'm forever grateful for everything Alpha Chi Omega taught me." Megan and her husband, Brian, have two sons, Barrett (6) and Alden (3), and another child due this summer. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, yoga and reading. Molly and her husband, Tyler, live in Bland, Mo. Molly has a stepdaughter, Sophia (9), and together Molly and her husband have a son, Mason (3), and twins, Owen and Beau (1). She hopes their children will be part of Greek life in the future. Molly and Tyler are remodeling an old farmhouse, which currently takes up all of their spare time, but they are looking forward to trips to Cardinal baseball games and road trips with their family this spring and summer. "It's true what they say about sisterhood—it's not just for four years, it's for life," Megan said.
