Delta Gamma page 3 B eta Kappa has had a great spring semester here at KU. From informal recruitment to Rock Chalk Revue to Founder's Day, BK continues to do great things as a Chapter. CHAPTER WELCOMES 13 NEW MEMBERS This spring, we were able to build on our fall success through continuous open recruitment. We are proud to have a spring new member class of 13 women. We couldn't be more excited to welcome them into the Delta Gamma sisterhood and are eager to see how they will help our Chapter grow. We will hold spring initiation on Friday, April 15, at 4 p.m. BETA KAPPA PERFORMS IN ROCK CHALK REVUE The long-standing tradition of Rock Chalk Revue has been a big part of our spring semester. After auditioning during the fall semester with our partner Sigma Phi Epsilon, we were selected to perform in this year's show on March 3, 4, and 5. Directors Katie Rudolph '13, Kate Gray '13, and Katie Furman '14 led the way to put on a great show entitled Lights Out in Lawrence. Another exciting event this spring was a night with Delta Gamma's PRO speaker, Sue Stanek. We had the privilege of hearing Sue speak of the importance of choosing better because of friends. Her message really resonated with the Chapter and we are so thankful that we got to hear from her. LUMNAE, GET TO KNOW THE UNDERGRADUATES Beta Kappa had a great 75th annual Founder's Day on April 3. We loved getting to meet our alumnae! Please e-mail bkdgalumnaerelations@gmail.com if you are interested in setting up a visit to the Chapter house. We appreciate everything that our wonderful alumnae do for our Chapter and enjoy recognizing you for your continued passion and support.
