The spring semester has three seminars planned: financial management for young people, interviewing skills (with practice), and introduction to project management. The financial management seminar will be de- livered on campus by Don Bell, who has recently published a book on this topic. We will be doing this one on campus to appeal to a wider audience. The interview skills course will be led by Dennis Powers '63 at the Pomeroy Chapter House where we can have breakouts for mock interviews. The Building Our Bridge capital campaign outstanding pledges are winding down as the remaining balances are getting paid. Please try to stay on schedule with your payments since we still have debt obliga- tions to retire. At the same time, the chapter is continuing to solicit and receive pledges from new initiates so we can continue the tradition of giving back as a means to endow the Foundation's scholarship fund. We are also planning a focused campaign for legacy gifts for scholar- ship purposes. We will be reaching out to men individually over the next year to solicit participation, but in the meantime, anyone who is considering leaving a scholarship legacy in your will can contact PEF leadership, Larry Mentz '68, or me regarding ways to accomplish this.
