We signed a high-quality pledge class over the summer and initiated 41 new brothers in November, one of the largest classes we've ever had. The Chapter was paired with the women of Chi Omega for Homecoming and did a great job, placing in the competition. You still have the opportunity to give to the Gamma Delta Scholarship Fund via the OSU Foundation and the Pickens Match program. When Boone's estate settles, your gift will be matched 1.5 to 1. This is a great opportunity for the Chapter to begin a meaningful scholarship program that will attract and reward deserving undergraduates. So far, we have heard from 34 generous donors and raised more than $60,000. This is your last chance to contribute toward the Gamma Delta Endowed Scholarship Fund as part of the T. Boone Pickens Legacy Scholarship Match at OSU. We have until March 1 to raise every dollar we can to be matched 1.5:1 once Boone's estate settles. Every dollar raised toward this scholarship will help make college easier to afford for future Sigma Chis. Help us attract the best and brightest Oklahoma State has to offer by making the escalating cost of college more manageable. To make your gift via check: Make your check out to Oklahoma State University Foundation, memo: Sigma Chi Endowment Scholarship Fund, and mail to Gamma Delta Chapter of Sigma Chi House Corporation, P.O. Box 247, Durant, OK 74702. 2. To make your gift via credit card: • Go online to www.OSUgiving.com. • Click on "GIVE NOW" in top right corner. • Under designation, click "Search here" to find the specific fund. • Type "34-88950" or "Sigma Chi" into the Fund Description and hit "Search." • Click on the "Sigma Chi Endowed Scholarship Fund" and you will be directed to the right spot. Note: The OSU Foundation is charged 3% for online gifts, so if you plan to make a large donation, please let a board member know and we can make arrangements to have someone pick up a check.
