Our New Home PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS • Build a new lodge on the current lot at #9 Greek Circle. • Increase size from the current 7,500 sq. ft. to 10,500 sq. ft. • Provide additional group and individual study space. • Provide additional storage for archival, recruitment, and ritual materials. • Create a new kitchen to support group meals, recruitment, and events. • Create a chapter room that will accommodate increased membership. TOTAL PROJECT COST: $2,738,386 • Includes demolition, new construction, furnishings, appliances, permits, and planning fees. A financial assessment was professionally conducted to determine the chapter's long-term ability to service a mortgage. Every dollar raised is one less dollar current and future members will have to repay after they move into their new home. " " "Since 1953, Kappa women have been leaders on the Texas Tech campus. Kappas have participated in every aspect of campus life and are recognized as leaders. Texas Tech nurtures leaders for the state and the country. Delta Psi Chapter is no different. The strong and determined women of the chapter support and encourage each other to strive for excellence. Kappa Kappa Gamma is a vital part of Texas Tech University!" Carolyn Byrd Simpson '70
