Arrest JoseGarcia:60,ofLos Molinos was arrested and booked into Tehama County Jail Friday on the charge of making criminal threats. Bail was set at $53,000. Jon Lareau: 43, of Corning was arrested and booked Friday on the charges of possessing controlled substances for sale and receiving known stolen property of $400or more. Bail was set at $30,000. Marshall Traylor: 21, of Pomona was arrested and booked Friday on the charge of conspiracy to commit a crime. Bail was set at $300,000. Haily Souza: 24, of Red Bluff was arrested and booked Friday on the charges of carrying a dirk or dagger, attempting to steal a vehicle and receiv- ing known stolen property of $400or more. Bail was set at $60,000. David Clopp: 26, of Red Bluff was arrested and booked Saturday on the charges of criminal threats and false imprisonment with violence. Bail was set at $83,000. Amber Walker: 24, of Corning was arrested and booked Saturday on the charges of receiving known stolen property, causing willful harm or injury to a child and sale of controlled substance. Bail was set at $90,000. Allan Darling: 26, of Corning was arrested and booked Friday on the charge of vehicle the . No bail was set. Fire Rawson Road: A struc- ture fire occurred at 3 a.m. Monday. The motor home fire was contained at 3:33p.m. and is still under investigation. A large area of vegetation was also burned, according to a CalFire representative. Suspicious 200block of White Road: A women reported that a subject has broken into her residence and was still in- side at the time of the call. The suspect was then held at gun point at a nearby creek. He was charged with burglary. The Gilmore Road: Red Bluff Police Officers were dis- patched Friday to the AT&T store regarding a burglary in progress. When officers arrived, they found the front window to the store had been broken. Officers were unable to locate the sus- pect or suspects involved but an employee found that several speakers and screen protectors were stolen. The case is under investigation. Tractor Supply: On Satur- day, a women was reported walking out of the store through the emergency exit with a full cart of merchan- dise. The women described as a white female adult, 25to 30years of age, was last seen entering a 1990's Dodge pick-up. This case is under investigation. POLICELOGS Red Bluff was without "juice" Tuesday from about 6 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. as the result of three trans- formers being burned out in the local substation. Some unknown trouble, thought possibly to be lightning striking the high power wires, started the first transformer to burning about 5 o'clock and by 6 o'clock the lights in Red Bluff were all out and the Northern Cali- fornia Power Company had about six days' work ahead of them in the lo- cal substation in addition to the cost of three new transformers. — Dec. 15, 1915 100 YEARS AGO... 3 tr an sf or mer s ou t; Red Bluff without lights FUNDRAISER PATH TO DRAW WINNING TICKET FRIDAY COURTESY PHOTO WesCranemixesthedrawingbarrelfortheMegaBuckGiveaway.WesCranemixesthedrawingbarrelforthe Mega Buck Giveaway. PATH supporters have sold all 2,000 Mega Buck Giveaway tickets in time to hold the draw- ing just before Christmas. This is largely to Wes Cranes, who sold 690 tickets mostly by going door to door. Crane is one of PATH's founding board members and is 83 years old. The drawing will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18 in the Cornerstone Community Bank lobby. Refreshments will be served. The Corning Animal Shelter is near maximum capacity and in an effort to clear some space, Second Chance Pet Rescue is waiv- ing the adoption fee for all dogs through Dec. 31. The fee is usually $85 and includes spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, mi- crochipping, dewormer, flea treatment and 30 days of complimentary pet health insurance.
