A Peek at Newly Released Albums by STEVE TURLEY THE BUZZ On Contemporary Christian Music Speaking about their new CD Breathe In, Randy Phillips of Phillips, Craig & Dean says, "Breathe In is just about taking a big breath of oxygen. Seems like people are so deflated … spiritually, deflated mentally, deflated in their hope. Take a deep breath of God and let it expand in your soul. Let it bring you hope and let God deposit something heavenly in your earthen vessel." Breathe In fea- tures the hit song "When The Stars Burn Down". That's just a taste of a few new releases. Other very worthwhile new projects include: • Christy Nockels – Into The Glorious • Toby Mac – Dubbed & Freq'd • Hawk Nelson – Best of… • Red – Rhema Soul • KJ:52 – Dangerous • Various Artists – Christian Rock Hits: 2012 A final note to consider. Many churches are buzzing about a large prayer walk that will take place in downtown Fayetteville on April 14 — God Belongs In My City. When several thousand Christians from various denominations and backgrounds choose to come together for a common cause, it warrants our attention and our participation. The details for the prayer event can be found at www. godinfayetteville.org. STEVE TURLEY, Station manager Christian 107.3 COMMENTS? Nicole's brilliant new release gleams with wisdom, faith and trust in God. In her most personal album yet, she shares her salvation story on the current radio hit, "All This Time." Referencing several of the other songs, one fan of the new album said "Don't miss out on one of the most upbeat and fun albums of the year. You won't be able to help but dance and sing along with the stand-out songs, "Gold," "Look Like Love," "Breakthrough," "Ready Or Not," "The Sun is Rising" and "Amazing Life." This week in The Buzz we are taking a look at several newly released Christian albums. First up is a band that has been together for 10 years now. Here's what the Sidewalk Prophets had to say about their second project on the Word Records label, Live Like That. "We've been through a lot since the first album, but our prayer remains the same … that this album would speak to the hearts of people. We are well aware that God does not need us to do his work and it is because of his grace that lyr- ics penned in small-walled rooms in Nashville, Tenn., are allowed to move and some times even spark change in people. It is our hope and prayer that Live Like That is an honest reflection of life, love and most of all family." Another CD just released comes from a young lady who continues to mature
