T
he NC State Greek Village plan means chapters will own
and operate their own homes on University-leased land. The
Lambda Chi Alpha lot is reserved in the community's third
phase. Phase one is underway and includes the completed homes
of Kappa Delta and Sigma Nu and the current construction of
Delta Gamma and Sigma Phi Epsilon. Phase two will have
two houses and reserve space for future development of
University-owned townhomes for smaller Greek chapters.
Lambda Chi Alpha is one of four houses planned for Phase
three, which will begin infrastructure development in 2018.
Our neighbors (seen to the right in green) in phase three will
all be sororities. In all, half of the 20 houses in the Greek
Village will be sororities. Expected move in date is fall 2021.
In the following pages, you will find conceptual floor plans
for our home as designed by Carl Winstead GU#901 and
his archictectural firm. We've designed a home that will
be appealing to all members of the brotherhood and remain
competitive with what the University and independently-owned
apartment complexes are offering near campus.
