Recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to amend the Countywide Zoning Map by adopting Rezone 15-07 (General Plan Phase II Implementation), which will replace the former Sectional District Maps with a new Zoning Map of Tehama County depicting the zoning dis- tricts for each parcel in the un- incorporated areas of Tehama County. The revised Zoning Map incorporates zoning district changes for numerous proper- ties countywide to reflect land use designation changes in the General Plan Update 2009-2029 and the revised zoning provi- sions of Title 17. The intent of the proposed map amendments are to address the policies and implementation measures of the Tehama County General Plan 2009-2029. Pur- suant to the provisions of state law, the zoning code must be amended as necessary within a reasonable time after adoption or amendment of a General Plan, to ensure consistency of the zoning code with the direc- tion and intent of the General Plan.
