Courtesy photo The Tehama County Cattlemen's Field Day scheduled for Sunday April 1 at the Dave and Kathy Ferguson Ranch on Evergreen Road in Cottonwood has been cancelled due to heavy rains and flooding of the arena. Vic Woolery of Vic's Branding Iron was seasoning the New York steaks at the 2011 Field Day. Stir in lime juice, onion, chili powder, salt, coriander and hot sauce. Fold in tomato. Spread on slices of cold roast beef, allowing about 2 teaspoons for each slice. Roll up slices, wrap and chill. Cut rolls in halves or thirds and secure each piece with small wooden pick. Yield: 3 to 4 dozen rolls.
