Severide's no-nonsense successor Patterson (played by Brian White) isn't making things any easier, but it cer- tainly makes for solid drama. Q : I was interested to see that Arnold Schwarzenegger will be the new host of "The Celebrity Apprentice." Has he done any other television work? — Greg Portman, Boulder, Colo. A : Relatively little. Years after that, the actor-turned-politi- cian-turned-actor would make an uncredited appearance on "Tales From the Crypt" and direct a 1992 TNT remake of "Christmas in Connecticut" (in which he also had an unbilled role), and he lent his voice to the animated series "Liberty's Kids: Est. 1776." Most recent- ly, Schwarzenegger played a police lieutenant in last Feb- ruary's series finale of CBS' "Two and a Half Men." Q : I have not seen "Per- son of Interest" on any lists of returning shows for this season. Will it be back, and if so, when? — Marilyn Garich, Grove City, Ohio A : It will, but at the time we're writing this, we don't know when. For the first time in its CBS history, the high-tech-mys- tery series was ordered as a midseason replacement rather than as a fall starter, and the network could decide to call it back into play at any time. That situation already has happened once on the CBS schedule this season. The comedy "2 Broke Girls" also was ordered for midseason instead of fall for the first time ... but rather late in the game, the network reconsidered its Thursday lineup and decided to delay the premiere of the Jane Lynch-starring "Angel From Hell" to early 2016, instead bringing "2 Broke Girls" back to active duty starting Thursday, Nov. 12.
