Section 7.08.050 of the Tehama County Code is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Section 7.08.050 is hereby added to the Tehama County Code to read: 7.08.050 Expiration and renewal of license. A. The procedure for re- newal of a dog license shall be the same as for obtaining an original license. B. The owner of any dog who fails to make application for the renewal of a dog license within thirty days after its expi- ration, or prior thereto, shall be liable for an administrative pen- alty in the amount of twenty dol- lars.
