Central Blvd), and it was a huge success with the parking lots full of antique, vintage, and clas- sic vehicles as well as hot rods, rat rods and custom restorations. It was a little crowded at times--with no designated areas to keep the public parking separate, but that is one thing that can be fixed for the next time! Hundreds of people came out to see all these awesome "toys" that these guys spend countless hours working on to restore. Meals were available at the Post also, and everyone had a great time. Next Cruise Ins are: November 14 and 28, December 12 and 26, and January 9 and 23. Come on out and have a great evening with the rest of the enthusiasts!! Read Desert MESSENGER ONLINE @ www.MyQuartzsite.com UofA LaPaz County Extension to conduct Horti- culture Classes in Quartzsite The University of Arizona La Paz County Extension office will be conducting the Urban Home Hor- ticulture (Master Gardener) course in Quartzsite starting January 6th and continuing for thirteen weeks. This is an extensive course and is designed to educate residents of the county to gain enough horti- cultural knowledge to be able to assist their neighbors with land- scape questions. This is a nation wide program conducted thru Land Grant Universities. While the program is designed as a volunteer effort, interested permanent and winter visitors seeking personal improvement are welcome. This is a fee program.
