Lewerenz Street Herington, KS 67449-9705 Address Service Requested SAVE the DATE Game Day for St. Jude Please join us for Game Day for St. Jude on Saturday, November 14. The location and time are still to be determined. Please stay tuned for more information. The fall brings a busy schedule with Dad's Weekend, Homecoming, and Initiation. We have welcomed our new pledge class of 53 women and are excited to initiate them into our chapter. We recently had the Mom and Dot reveal; new members started building relationships with their new moms. As a chapter, we plan to make our new members feel comfortable and build on their experience at Tri Delta. November will be an exciting month as we prepare for our fall philanthropy, Game Day for St. Jude, and our internal philanthropy, Fat Talk Free Week. Chapter Goals Our emphasis on academics is making a large impact on our chapter, and we have made great progress. We started using a new study app that helps each member track and log their hours, and then relays that information to our academic chairman. We plan to continue to use the app and keep a strong emphasis on grades so we can improve our overall chapter GPA. We also have begun using the GIN system for all forms of Theta Iota communication and are pleased with the website's organization. Strengthening the Greek Community This fall, we plan to put a large focus on sisterhood. We look forward to growing and developing as a chapter and together as sisters. We also intend to place an emphasis on our attendance at other Greek philanthropy events. It is our hope that we promote the Greek community in friendship and support. One of our biggest goals this year is to improve our overall earnings for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. We also would like to set a long-term goal of raising more money each year.
