Alpha Theta Delta Alumni Building Association P.O. Box 30640 Seattle, WA 98113-0640 Address Service Requested A T h e r e T ê on methodologies and improvements so we can be victors next year. Our recruitment chairmen have been busy, and we have signed 12 outstanding gentlemen with only four more to go. Brothers Michael Ballard '16 and Oliver Janders '17 are heading pledge education this fall, where we will be revamping and improving the process to ensure these new men learn what it means to be a Chi Psi. For the first time ever, we hosted our Founders' Day at the Lodge to kickoff breaking ground on our new senior annex that, as many of you know, will be replacing about one third of the sport court in the backyard. We hope that everyone enjoyed this event. Please send us your feedback on how we could improve in the coming years. Construction is making great progress at the new annex. The foundation has been poured and the initial frame is beginning to go up. But, this has not been the only construction project going on this summer; the sundeck was also remodeled. For this project, a door will replace the window in the room adjacent to the deck to provide safer access outside. The entire flooring and cross beams have been replaced and sealed to prevent further leaking that forced the remodel in the first place. We appreciate the help from the house corporation board, alumni, and many others who have helped us with the numerous construction projects that have gone on in the Lodge over the past year. Brothers have really adapted to these conditions, and we are all excited for what these renovations will mean to all brothers, past, current, and future.
