This incoming pledge class brings together young men from 16 different cities across five states, and is made up of remarkable high school scholars and athletes. This fall's class boasts a 3.74 high school GPA, three valedictorians, two salutatorians, seven state champion athletes, 26 varsity team captains across 11 sports, five high school class presidents, and 16 student organization presidents. As we bring in this new pledge class, we are excited to help these already accomplished young men continue their pattern of success at the University of Texas. We have no doubt that these 53 new members will represent our Chapter well and will preserve the reputation that each one of you helped build.
