All motorcyclists welcome, rain or shine, to com- memorate the life of Ronnie Lee King, a Tehama Coun- ty boy who died at age 15, from complications relating to a seizure disorder. All proceeds benefit the Antelope Volunteer Fire Department and the Los Molinos Volunteer Fire Department, as well as the Sheriff's Explorer Post 120. The event brings awareness of seizure disorders and remembers the life of Ronnie Lee. The event brochure explains it best: "Ronnie Lee's seizures started on May 10, 2003. We Memorial ride set have no idea as to why or how come, it just happens. He was a very brave and courageous young man through- out his short life. It was important to him to help others to know what to do to help him or someone else having a seizure. So in his memory we are trying to carry on his wishes." The volunteers for this ride are members of Ronnie Lee's family and the Lassen Riders, a chapter of the Goldwing Touring Association. The memorial run starts at the Tehama County Fair- ground, on Antelope Boulevard. Prizes will be awarded for High Hand and Low Hand. Pre-registration must be received by April 30. Fees are $15 for pre-registration. On-site registration fees are $20 per person. Lunch offered after the run will be $10 per person.
