3 SN Visit the chapter website to support the Game Ball Run today. Chapter Gearing up for SN Game Ball Run n behalf of Delta Chapter, I thank you for all of your past and continued support of our fraternity. We had an excellent turnout for our second annual Sigma Nu Golf Tournament in April, and hope the alumni involvement continues to grow in the coming months. The chapter has exciting plans for this fall that are certain to provide interested alumni and parents with ample opportunities to get involved. SN Game Ball Run With the help of John Stathakis '12, Δ1772, and Philanthropy Chairman Braxton Mosack '13, Δ1809, Delta Chapter is proud to be partnering with the Marcus Lattimore Foundation for the 38th Annual Sigma Nu Game Ball Run. The run will begin on November 19, in Clemson and finish the following day around noon at Williams-Brice Stadium. We will have a cocktail party for all alumni and parents on Friday, November 20. The time and location will be determined at a later date. Formals in Florida Davis Kirby '12, Δ1781, has been hard at work this year as the social chairman for Delta Chapter. In March, the fraternity took an unprecedented trip to Jacksonville, Florida, for our White Star Formal. The trip included a semi-formal cocktail party in the Bud Light Party Zone at Everbank Field (home of the Jacksonville Jaguars), and the White Star Formal followed the next night at the Riverfront Pavilion of the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Jacksonville. Chapter Welcomes 36 Members This Fall After another strong recruitment season, Delta Chapter secured 36 new members for the fall 2015 pledge class. Brewer Owen '13, Δ1820, did an outstanding job of recruiting the new class and we are excited for what the future has in store for them. With the leadership and discipline of Marshal Matt Blanton '12, Δ1774, expectations are high for the development of the fall 2015 class. Delta Involved at University Lastly, Delta Chapter has been recognized around campus for our involvement outside of the chapter. Brother Lander Smith '12, Δ1777, serves on the University Fraternity Council as the vice president of finance and has done a great job of keeping Delta Chapter involved at the University level. The chapter also received awards in April for achievement in philanthropy and service. None of these outstanding accomplishments and events could have been done without your support. Thank you again for your time and involvement with our active chapter, and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
