Our gifts are an investment in the lives of our active members and the future of Iowa Gamma. We thank all the alumni who've already contributed, as those gifts have directly impacted our renovations to date. We are at a critical point in our capital campaign. At the end of this year, we will evaluate what portions of the exterior renovation can be completed during the summer of 2016. This will constitute the last of our renovations, and we'd like to complete as much as possible while the students are on summer vacation. We need to know what kind of dollars we've got to work with, and this is where you come in. December 31 is our cutoff and we need to get much closer to our goal of $1.5 million, and we can only do this with your support. This final phase of the house renovation is all about the exterior renovations. We've done a great job on our interior renovations. Don't you FINAL RENOVATIONS DEPENDENT UPON REACHING $1.5 MILLION IN COMMITMENTS Your Pledge Can Make the Difference think our exterior should match the quality? It's the first impression anyone has of Iowa Gamma and it needs to be in great shape. Your pledge today absolutely can make the difference. We must focus our efforts and ensure the same opportunities provided to us will be available for our future members. To remain a strong fraternity on campus, we must provide a competitive facility that accommodates growth and attracts the best and brightest young men. Several fraternities on campus have undergone major renovation projects, including our neighbors. Additionally, many of our competitors' capital campaigns have had more participation than us. We're just over 20% participation. Even if we just got to 30% participation, we would be much closer to our goal. Will you add your name to the list? Iowa Gamma needs your generosity now more than ever. If you have not yet pledged your support, now is the time. If you have done a one- time contribution, please consider an additional gift or turning your one-time gift into a multi- year pledge. Remember, a pledge of $3,000 or more (or $1,000/year for three years) secures your name on our donor wall. Please send in your pledge form today to increase our total participation and make this final and critical phase of the renovation a reality. Your gift couldn't come at a better time. We look forward to adding your name to our donor list.
