Since your founding in 1885, The Ohio State University has benefited from the leadership your undergraduate and alumni members have provided to our institution and community. With over 65 chapters and nearly 5,000 members, the Greek community at Ohio State is thriving and growing. As partners in the university's innovative Second-year Transformational Experience Program (STEP), many fraternities and sororities have recently completed or are in progress with plans to improve the academic and life safety features of our Greek housing through renovation or construction projects. I am proud that Beta has joined us in this effort. Your work will provide an excellent living environment along with ample study and meeting accommodations that will enhance the overall university experience for your undergraduate brothers. Of course, this would not be possible without the support of dedicated alumni. The return of Beta Theta Pi to Ohio State's campus as a values-based organization, dedicated to scholastics, athletics and campus leadership is an important component to the overall success of our Greek community.
