"Since recolonizing 10 years ago, Beta Phi has been a leader among fraternities
in academics and participation. I believe it is imperative that we support their
performance by enlarging and enhancing the Shelter. With sophomores required
to live on campus in 2016, this justifies the need for increased housing at Beta Phi.
e undergraduate performance justifies the investment in improving the quality
