VALUE
Gamma eta House Corporation recognizes students and their parents
expect more for their housing dollars. Over the past several years, the
house corporation has taken assessment from their members to gain
an understanding for the needs and wants of today's college students.
Recognizing they need to address the aging house, a plan has been put
in place to add tremendous value to Pike's prime location on campus.
When I pledged in fall 1966, the Pike house was easily
the most impressive fraternity house on campus and
probably the largest and nicest in the South. I would like
to see the Gamma eta Pikes today experience that
same pride that we had." Eddie Keith '67, Co-Chairman
