Stephen Colbert may not
have been on TV in eight
months but he's been hard at
work creating his "Late Show"
on CBS as well as this new
web series, in which he, as
the title indicates, eats lunch.
In the opening episode, he
admits he's trying to lose
weight so he brings foods
with small sounding names:
thin mints, baby back ribs and
pizza from Little Caesar's.

The story revolves around a
powerful, otherworldly wizard

stuck on Earth and can't get
back home. Erin Karpluk
("Rookie Blue") plays the
struggling journalist he mis-
takes for extraterrestrial royal-
ty who agrees to help him.
