Χ Ω 6 The Cardinal and Straw Chapter Omega Marian Boomer Johnson '39 entered the Omega Chapter on April 4, 2014. She resided in Lenexa, Kan., and worked at Guaranty State Bank for many years. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, John Robert Johnson, her children, Marian Neal and Robert Johnson, and her granddaughters. Joan Beggs Chapin '47 entered the Omega Chapter on December 30, 2014. She held her Ph.D. in entomology. Joan is survived by her children, Larry, Roger, and Martha. Beverly Guinty Kiddoo '54 entered the Omega Chapter on November 25, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Jack, her four children, and grandchildren. She resided in Surprise, Ariz. Alumnae Update Lois Johnson Swanson '43 proudly turned 90 on February 5, 2014. She celebrated with all of her children and five of her grandchildren. Lois and her husband, Ernie, celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary in November of 2014. She is proud to be part of a Chi Omega legacy with her daughter, Sarah Schlotterback '70, and granddaughter, Jenna Phillips, Sigma Beta '05. Upon her return home to Dallas, she was selected by D Magazine as one of the top lawyers in Dallas. She has also been named a Texas Super Lawyer and National Corporate Super Lawyer for the fifth consecutive year. Audrey continues to serve on the K-State College of Business Dean's Advisory Board.
