Mu Members "Do Good" on Mizzou's Campus Undergraduates Focus on Sisterhood and Philanthropy T his spring has been extremely successful for Mu chapter! We welcomed 14 new members into our sisterhood through the Continuous Open Bidding process. Our new sisters are so incredible, and we are honored to have them as new members. We even have a Mizzou softball player! This new class brings our chapter total up to 307 lovely women. At the DG Institute, Mu won the award of Delta Gamma Visionaries. It was incredible to be recognized in front of all of our sisters from around the world! Everyone in our chapter received an adorable tank top for winning the contest. We have moved up in grades overall at Mizzou, and we are so proud of that achievement. For Greek Week, we were paired with the men of Alpha Gamma Rho and Phi Delta Theta. Our annual spring food philanthropy event was Dunking Deegees. We had all you can eat donuts, coffee, and milk. Along with this event, we also held a basketball tournament, Anchor Slam, for other student organizations to participate in and donate to our philanthropy. Overall, our chapter watchword is positivity and, with all these good things we are doing, it is easy to stay positive! We are striving to finish this year off strong and make all our sisters proud.
