Attend City Council Meetings
Join us twice a month on Monday nights at 7 p.m. at City Hall or live on Time Warner Cable (TWC) channel 7. City Council meetings are re-aired Wednesday nights following regular meetings at 10 p.m. on TWC channel 7. You can also view archived meetings on the City's website.
Participate In City Government Anyone desiring to speak to City Council during public forums may sign-up in advance with the city clerk, located on the second floor of City Hall at 433 Hay St., by phone at 910-433-1989, by fax at 910-433-1980, or by email at cityclerk@ci.fay.nc.us.

The online work order request was created to assist citizens during times that the Customer Service Hotline is experiencing a high volume of calls. On each work order, citizens provide contact information and a description, along with a service request. Service request items include: bulky item pick-up, missed containerized household trash, City- approved cart purchase, inspections violation, pothole, street sign missing, street light out, etc.
