SIGMA NEWS 2 Happy 100th-year anniversary to our Sigma Gamma Phi Betas! We are hearing a clarion call from our home away from home on West Campus Road. We have not updated and refreshed our home for 18 years! Since January we had to replace the heating and cooling unit to the tune of $100,000 (some of us remember heating with radiators and not having air conditioning). Here are a few of our home's critical needs: • Bring the dining and kitchen area up to code (the laws require this upgrade). • Replace all exterior windows. • Replace the closet and room doors on the second and third floors. • Expand our living space to include a multipurpose sun room that can be used for dining, relaxing, or studying. Truly, now is a time to be grateful for the past, celebrate today, and preserve our legacy for the future.
