The Lion & The Ladybug 2 Chapter had a date party to go see the Memphis Grizzlies play the Atlanta Hawks. February 21 was our annual Parents Weekend. Families enjoyed lunch together at the Phi Mu house with Double Decker bus tours going from the house to the square in downtown Oxford. In the evening, we hosted a crawfish boil on the Square. PHILANTHROPIC EFFORTS We look forward to serving in the largest day of community service in the state of Mississippi, the Big Event. This year, we are honored to have an Alpha Delta serving as a co-director of the city-wide service project. Many sisters will participate as both team leaders and team members when they go out into the Oxford, Lafayette communities to give back. On April 9, Alpha Delta will hold its fourth annual Bonnamu. This philanthropic event is a battle of the bands between the Ole Miss fraternities modeled after the Tennessee outdoor music festival Bonnaroo. All the proceeds will go to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Our ladies will also be participating in Rebelthon, a 12-hour dance marathon benefitting Children's Miracle Network Hospital, Blair E. Batson Hospital for Children, in Jackson. Phi Mu is known for its overwhelming support of this event, and this year will be no different. THANK YOU, ALUMNAE AND FRIENDS We would like to thank all the people who influence this Chapter. It would not be the same without our amazing sisters, family, and alumnae supporting us. Love in Our Bond, Alex Arnold '12 President alphadelta.pres@gmail.com Alpha Delta Builds Upon Successful Fall Semester (Continued from page 1) Kendall Pasley '13 was featured on the cover of College 10 Magazine as the University of Mississippi spotlight student. Chapter members visited Le Bonheur Children's Hospital and brought donations to the patients. The pledge class of 2014 represents Phi Mu while cheering on the Rebels as they beat Mississippi State. Six Phi Mus placed in the top 10 among 97 women in Parade of Beauties.
