5 GAMMA PSI OF BETA THETA PI G amma Psi has much to be grateful for this semester. In January, we celebrated our new charter at the Rechartering Banquet. This was a huge achievement for our chapter that required a lot of hard work from active, alumni, and friends of Gamma Psi. Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the celebration. Our chapter is also making great strides on campus. After a great fall recruitment that won the chapter two awards at this year's Greek Gala, we initiated 24 new brothers in November. Our growing membership has solidified Beta Theta Pi as an official "Big House" on campus. This new status means a heavier responsibility in the Greek community, especially in events like Greek Week, but the brothers of Gamma Psi are more than ready for the challenge. Gamma Psi held our first large philanthropy, Bowling with the Betas, last semester. Members of the Michigan State community came out to Spare Time Entertainment Center to bowl and play laser tag while raising money for Allen Neighborhood Center. As always, it is a great time to be a Beta at MSU, and we hope that you all can make a trip out to the chapter house soon to meet the actives. If you have questions about the chapter or would just like to chat, feel free to contact me. Thank you, alumni, for your continued support of the Gamma Psi Chapter. I speak for all the brothers when I say we are eternally grateful for the amount of support we have received from alumni and friends of Beta over these last few years. I look forward to seeing this chapter continue its excellence and achieve new heights this year.
