major changes downtown with streetscape efforts, the closing and opening of Hay Street, the underground power lines and more as downtown has transformed over the years
businesses that have made downtown their home including the new ones that have opened in this past year
growing number of residents who have committed to living downtown
awards home to us, and the other events and activities that offer entertainment for our city
businessmen who have purchased the former Capitol building and are dedicated to its success
