Beta Tau Sets the Stage for Summer Project
Reconnect and Learn More at Beta Tau's Alumnae Weekend
W
e are at a crucial moment for the future
of our beloved chapter. The new house
plans have really taken shape. Our design team
developed a concept that meets our basic needs
and lofty requests. This project is poised to be
a catalyst for many more successful years of
recruiting Beta Tau sisters into our mystic bond
and facilitating the collaborative lifestyle of
college women for years to come.
We have approval from all of UF's design
review committees to proceed with our project.
We just received design development (65%)
drawings from the designers and estimates from
several general contractors for our new house.
The project will move forward this summer if
the bids come back with the same numbers!
We are eager to have you attend the March
27-29 Alumnae Weekend. This weekend will be
an excellent time to reconnect with sisters and
meet others from different eras. We will host the
house corporation annual meeting on Sunday
where we plan to update you on all things related
to the housing project, as well as answer any
questions from collegiate and alumnae members.
Make sure you check our Facebook page, Sigma
Kappa – Beta Tau Housing Corporation, for
the latest details, and to RSVP by e-mail at
betataureunion@gmail.com.
If you have questions, comments, or concerns,
feel free to send them my way! I look forward to
discussing the project with you!
Loyally,
