Your Educational Donations Strengthen Xi Chapter Academics O n November 24, the Alpha Chi Omega Educational Corporation hosted the Leadership and Scholarship Recognition Ceremony to identify and honor collegians who exhibit academic and leadership success. More than 30 collegians were recognized for being on their college dean's list or serving in a variety of campus leadership positions. Xi women's involvement includes the UNL student government, special interest clubs, academic organizations and many honor societies. Over 25 UNL organizations have Alpha Chis as part of their membership. Many of the recognized collegians are either on honor roll or dean's list of their college. Each collegian is recognized by the Educational Corporation as a woman who brings a solution to their own problems and passes on the light of knowledge from generation to generation. Former Vice President of Intellectual Development Kylie Beck '13 initiated a new program where Alpha Chis with outstanding scholarship are recognized. Nineteen collegians were recognized and given a t-shirt to represent their academic accomplishments at UNL. Your donations to the educational corporation support these events.
