The continuity of the quality of the officers, though, makes that transition easy. That leads me to my big two points: our seniors are graduating, some to the workforce, some to graduate school. Keep them in mind if you're hiring. Next, summer recruitment is right around the corner. If you have sons, nephews, cousins, close friends' sons who are coming through recruitment at UT, let us know. Lastly, you should all be jealous of my position. I get to interact with some of the finest young men at UT doing this job. It makes it easy. Am I reliving some of my past? Yes. Am I getting to see what the future holds for Texas? You bet. And it's all good from where I stand. You should be proud of your chapter. Come by sometime and see what I'm talking about. HFF, Lynn Butler '88 AVC President Lynn.butler@huschblackwell.com Texas Alpha Alumni (Continued from page 2) Send in Recruitment Recommendations Today R ecruitment is one of the most vital and impactful processes of this fraternity, and we've assembled a fine team of recruitment captains and recruitment assistants from all over Texas (and even a couple from California) to make the process run as smoothly as possible. I speak on behalf of the entire recruitment team when I say that this year's recruitment will yet again procure the finest group of young men that the University of Texas has to offer. The alumni base of Texas Alpha is truly indispensable to the recruitment operation. Please send contact information (name, phone number, and high school) of any recommendations to me via e-mail at nicklednicky@gmail.com.
